I placed an order, what's next? Thank you so much for your order!  If you placed an order of a ready-to-ship item, your item will mail out the following Tuesday.  I do sometimes ship on other days, but in order to reduce the amount of time I spend driving to and waiting in line at the post office (thereby passing the savings on to you), I try to only ship once a week.  If you need expedited shipping, please let me know.  If you order a custom item, the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. 

Do you have a return policy?

Because items are made in small quantities or made to order, all sales are final.  However, all items are guaranteed against manufacturers defects.  If the stitching starts coming out or something seems amiss on my end, please let me know and I will either fix or remake your item.  If I cannot recreate an item, I will make something similar.  Please let me know within 7 days of receiving an items if there is a defect so I can remedy the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship internationally for an additional fee.

The fastest way to get a response from me is via Instagram DM (@naisishhandmade) or email sheenamariebean@yahoo.com.  If you have a picture of your little one wearing Naisish, please email it to the previously stated email, or tag @naisishhandmade if you post on social media.
